I always know spring has arrived when #1 the flowering tree in our backyard becomes covered in gorgeous pink blooms, and #2 I go the the grocery store and find bundles of fresh daffodil stems on sale!!! That is exactly what happened earlier this week, and now my entryway is filled with cheery yellow daffodils, smiling at me with their cute little faces. By the way, am I the only one who thinks they look like they have faces? I think it's due to my obsessive watching of Alice in Wonderland as a child. The singing flowers were my favorite part:)
Because of my current infatuation with daffodils, I wanted to leave you with some pretty daffodil inspiration for your weekend! From daffodils arranged in mason jars with a mix of other spring flowers, to a casual arrangement in a vintage metal milk jug, to the potted variety, to a sweet little bouquet- they are all just as delightful!
If you're looking for a slightly different take, why not craft up some crepe paper daffodils that will last long past spring. Or perhaps, start thinking towards Easter, and display your daffodils in petite egg cups. No matter what you choose, these pretty little blooms will leave you with a smile on your face!

I love the Martha Stewart idea with the flowers in the egg cups! What a cute little container for small flower displays.
