I found the CUUUUTEST gift bag tutorial over on How About Orange. It is so simple, so adorable, and perfect for so many occasions! Simply take an envelope and some decorative tape, then snip a little here and there and you have a gift bag perfect for wedding favors, or any little gift you have to give!
