Sorry for my absence the past few days! A lot of exciting things have been happening around here, and I can't wait to share with you in the near future;) Now, onto the awesome wedding I promised you!!!
Nicole and Sean had a beautiful rustic-vintage inspired wedding in the Southern California coastal town of Carlsbad. I love Nicole's chic ruffled bolero and the antique keys woven throughout the wedding. Plus, I'm always a sucker for mercury glass! All the incredible moments and details were captured artfully by Mark Brooke Photographers.
More from the bride, Nicole:
Most of our wedding ideas were inspired by our personal style and included inspiration by our two favorite stores, Anthopologie and Pottery Barn. We wanted to use a rustic yet vintage theme.

Sean and I met in high school as sophomores and haven't been apart ever since! We have two Boston Terriers and enjoy living a pretty simple yet beautiful life in San Elijo Hills in San Diego! We are each others soul mates and we can honestly say that we COMPLETE one another! I LOVE him with all of my heart and I know he feels exactly the same way!

We decided to go with a fun and creative boutonniere, using rosemary and lavender with a rustic string, and wonderfully fragrant garden roses and gorgeous hydrangeas with vintage ribbon for the bouquets.

Our amazing florist, Holly Hill Floral Design, used Manzanita trees as our wedding arch and branches down our aisle.

I adore the simplicity of this cake. It's absolutely gorgeous!!! The white blossoms, lace ribbon and that perfect little cake stand. LOVE!

We honestly had such an amazing day filled with nothing but LOVE! We both could not stop smiling and we have said over and over, "that was truly the best day of our lives..."
